The Founder

Rick Seigmund: An early and life changing experience provided the focus and drive which honed Rick’s ability to protect innocent individuals and to a greater extent our society. This led Rick to a career in Federal Law Enforcement combating human trafficking and organizations. These organizations were determined to manipulate and take advantage of good people.  This was the catalyst for founding Full Circle Systems Security and Defense (FCS Security and Defense). Making security for those who need it readily available and more effective.
