The Founders

Rick Seigmund: An early and life changing experience provided the focusand drive which honed Rick’s ability to protect inncocent individuals and to a greater extent our society. This led Rick to a career in Federal Law Enforcement combating human trafficking and organizations determined to manipulate and take advantage of good people.  This was the catalyst for founding FCS.

DJ Phalen: DJ has decades of experience in private and public sector leadership, teaching, training, and advising in emergency management/disaster preparedness and response, homeland security, and healthcare operations.

Together they have decades of experience protecting people.
